Orders & payments — All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We accept payments via secure gateways including UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and wallets. Prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or stock unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be processed promptly.
Shipping & delivery — We offer all-India shipping with standard and express delivery options. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, but we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.
Returns & refunds — We take pride in the quality of our sarees. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Returns are accepted subject to our return policy, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after quality inspection. Customised or sale items may not be eligible for return — details are mentioned on the product page.
Intellectual property — All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and images on this website are the exclusive property of Prapti Collection. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of this website without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in legal action under applicable Indian laws.
